SALES ASSISTANT
Entravision Radio is looking for a Full-time Sales Assistant for KBMB and KNTY FM. As a Sales Assistant for KBMB and KNTY, you would be responsible for providing administrative support for a very busy sales department in the fast-paced world of radio. Responsiblities also include coordinating, preparing and distributing information requested by sales manager, account executives, traffic personnel and the business department. You would be responsible for preparing all sales presentations from designing the layout to the finished product as well as maintaining client database, typing formal correspondence, updating media kits, sales packages and all sales materials. Phone and billing duties and maintaining supplies for the department.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Intermediate to advance skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Photoshop. Must be proactive, show initiative, have a sense of urgency, strong oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Knowledge of general office skills. Must be organized, able to prioritize and multi-task.

Radio Internship
The KBMB Promotions Department Internship Program is an excellent opportunity for college students to gain valuable experience in the promotion and marketing aspects of radio. If you are an outgoing, energetic, dynamic, fun, enthusiastic, hard working and organized people-person, then The BOMB’s Promotions Department is looking for you!
As a member of the BOMB Squad, your duties include interacting with listeners, assisting with station concerts and events, internet research projects and more.
KBMB is now looking for interns for the Fall 2009 & Spring 2010 term. Internships require an applicant to be receiving academic credit for the internship--it is the applicant’s responsibility to set up the internship with the school. All intern positions are unpaid and you must be 18 years of age or older. You must be able to commute to and from the KBMB office, and some nights and weekends are required.
Internship Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Able to adjust to working in an office AND in community events
- Must have a flexible schedule
- A self starter and motivated to do a good job
- Maintain professionalism with various types of people
