MediaTakeOut.com just got word from our pals over at Humor Mill that comedian Katt Williams may have filed for bankruptcy. According to them:

We discovered from several sources that comedian and actor Williams has filed for bankruptcy.

The actress - who raises three children with the 'Men in Black' star - admits the pair got carried away while they were being driven to the prestigious ceremony in Hollywood.

She told Shape magazine: "When you have three kids, you've got to take your opportunities when they come. In a limo, on the way to the Academy Awards this year, Will started looking at me in this way that drives me wild. We started kissing passionately, and the next thing I knew, well, let's just say we missed the red carpet and I ended up with almost no make-up on."

This is not the first time Jada has opened up about her adventurous love life with her hunky husband.

She recently claimed having sex at a friend's house keeps relationships alive as does getting intimate in cars or workplaces.

She said: "Be sneaky - your girlfriend's house at a party. The bathroom. A bedroom.

"Does he have access to his office? Have a fantasy date. Be his secretary! Pull over on the side of the road... Just switch it up.

"Anything like that can keep it going. Anything it takes to keep the flame alive."

In a early morning shoot out in New Jersey a man and a women leaves cops severely wounded and one saved by a bullet proof vest.

What appeared to be a routine traffic stop turned bloody after the suspect, who was later killed along with his accomplice, begin to unload shots from a shot gun. The

suspect then ran to an upstairs apartment, where the shootout occurred a short time later after the SWAT team arrived.

One cop was shot in the face; another in the neck. Both are in critical condition. According to Jersey City Police Chief Thomas Comey, "This individual came ready for war,".

Hip-Hop legend Ice Cube has partnered with TBS to premier the TV version of Are We There Yet?

TBS secured the 10 episode contract after a bidding war with USA and BET. The network also retains the option to order 90 more episodes.

Ali LeRoi, writer of the acclaimed Everybody Hates Chris sitcom, will handle scripting duties.

Executive producer credits are split between Cube, LeRoi, and Matt Alvarez. Debmar-Mercury, which backs the Tyle Perry sitcoms (House of Payne, Meet the Browns), will distribute the series.

“When we set out to expand on the television model that Tyler Perryhas turned into a runaway success at TBS, we knew we had to be in business with Ice Cube,” explained Debmar-Mercury representative Mort Marcus.

Although Cube has confirmed that he’ll made sporadic appearances on the show, it won’t be in his movie role as Nick, the protagonist father from the films.

Replacing him will be Terry Crew, who received kudos from critics and fans for his breakout role as the father on Everybody Hates Chris.

“Terry Crews is the perfect person to replace me as Nick,” Ice Cube disclosed in a statement. “His physical comedy is undeniable. [And] no one runs a show like Ali. We are dedicated to creating a new template for family comedy.”

The first, 2005 installment of Are We There Yet? grossed $82 million in theaters.

The new show will mark the third movie to TV adaption for partners Matt Alvarez and Ice Cube, following Barbershop: The Series and the animated version of Friday.

Additionally, Ice Cube is preparing for the release of the comedic film Janky Promoters, which also stars Mike Epps and Young Jeezy.

Singer and producer The Dream says he has no immediate plans to talk to Lil Wayne, who is expecting a baby with Nivea – who is The Dream’s ex-wife. It was reported earlier this year that the Lollipop rapper had impregnated Nivea, who already has three children from her marriage to The Dream.

However, the Rockin That Thang singer – who is engaged to singer Christina Milian – says he won’t need to have words with Weezy about the rapper’s relationship with Nivea – unless the pair decides to marry.

“I’ve never met him,” The Dream says of Lil Wayne. “We’re somewhere in the grey area I guess, coz we haven’t had the chance to talk. But I wish him and Nivea the best. If marriage comes up then we’ll definitely need to have a conversation. But right now we don’t need to, coz even though she’s pregnant, there’s no real commitment between them, to the point where we’d need to have a conversation.”

The status of Lil Wayne’s relationship with Nivea is still unclear, and the rapper is also expecting a child with actress Lauren London.

Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson has opted to have some of his very prominent tattoos removed, to better accommodate his burgeoning career in Hollywood.

“I took some of the tattoos off because on the movie set, if we got a six o’clock call time, I have to be there two o’clock the night before,” 50 Cent told AllHipHop.com. “I gotta go through

four hours of make up before we go ahead and play the role. So, I just took it off my arm. My right arm."

The G-Unit founder has not completely done away with his tattoo. He still bears the two on his back, the signature “50 Cent” and “Southside” tattoos.

The move may be working for 50 Cent as he stars in upcoming film Streets Of Blood.

The drama, which stars Val Kilmer, Sharon Stone and Michael Biehn, portrays the street gangs and corrupt law enforcement in post-Hurricane Katrina New Orleans.

Outside of Hollywood, 50 Cent’s current single "Ok, You're Right" from his highly anticipated album Before I Self Destruct, continues to receive heavy radio rotation.

Jay-Z has confirmed his hopes to release a series of books, with one book describing the meaning behind some of his most disputed songs on track to hit shelves first.

During an interview on Atlanta radio station V-103, Jay told radio personality Ryan Cameron all about his literary plans. “Well it’s not done, the other two books, it hasn’t kicked in yet, I haven’t signed that deal,” he said about the rumored three book contract. “But I’ve done a deal to do a book and the name of it is called Decoded. It’s called Decoded because I’m going to decode all the lyrics from my records. I’m gonna pick the select ones, you know all the double entendres and things that people may have missed or may have gotten and want confirmation on it. That’s what the book is about.” [Listen here]

Last week The New York Observer reported that Jay was close to inking a deal with the Spiegel & Grau imprint of Random House for three books: one memoir, one business book and the other one about the meanings behind his lyrics that he revealed to Cameron.

This will be the first book written by Hov, who came close to releasing a memoir back in ’03 with MTV. Titled The Black Book, Jay famously backed out at the last minute due to privacy issues.

Boxing champ Arturo Gatti's wife was arrested yesterday by Brazilian cops who suspect she strangled him with her purse strap, as people close to the slain fighter said they had long feared that either "he was going to kill her or she was going to kill him."

Gatti's wife, Amanda Carina Barbosa Rodrigues, 23, was being held yesterday because the Brazilian native can't explain how she didn't realize for nearly 10 hours that he was dead in a beach-resort apartment where they were staying with their 1-year-old son.

She is expected to be charged with his murder. A police spokeswoman told Reuters: "She [Rodrigues] is the only suspect."

Police said they believe that Gatti - who was found dead early Saturday - was strangled with a handbag strap, and that the granite-jawed boxer also suffered a head injury.

Gatti, 37, reportedly was drunk and arguing with his wife Friday night at a resort bar.

Gatti's friends yesterday were mourning his murder - and were not surprised to hear that Rodrigues might be involved. The former junior-welterweight champ and his wife were extremely jealous and often squabbled when out socially and drinking in New York, Montreal and Brazil, sources told The Post.

From the beginning of their relationship, his friends, family and boxing advisers warned that she was young, immature and gunning for the millions he had earned in the ring, sources said.

One source said that their disputes were sometimes violent and that she did not hesitate to physically attack him. He told people close to him that she threw a lamp at him last month in Montreal, where they moved after living in Weehawken, NJ.

"The feeling was that either he was going to kill her or she was going to kill him," the source said.

Gatti's family, who sources said were not the least bit shocked by Rodrigues' arrest, learned of the murder while attending his sister Anna's wedding in Florida.

"A lot of people in his inner circle felt that this wasn't the right girl for him," said Carl Moretti, VP of the boxing promotional company Top Rank Inc.

Actor Jamie Foxx reportedly upset Rihanna by embarrassing her in front of revelers at a Las Vegas nightclub.

The actor was cracking jokes for fellow partygoers at Sin City's Tao hotspot when he spotted the R&B star and repeatedly asked her to join him on stage and take the mic.

She refused, and Foxx prompted the DJ to blast out her hit "Umbrella" over the speakers, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.

Foxx saw the singer preparing to depart and ordered her to stay --- reportedly leaving her "fuming."

A source tells Page Six, "Jamie took over the microphone and started doing a show. Halfway through, he asked Rihanna to join him onstage. Rihanna declined, but Foxx continued to badger her."

When the DJ began to play "Umbrella," the source adds: "That was the last straw. She got up to leave, and Jamie told the DJ to stop the record. (He shouted) 'You can't go while your song is playing. Relax.'

"Rihanna stayed and pretended to enjoy herself, but it was so obvious she was fuming. As soon as the song was over, she got the hell out of there."

ESPN got an interview with the man responsible for the dunk on King James, Jordan Crawford, to tell his thoughts on the infamous but unseen moment in his life.

Nas has fired back in his bitter divorce case with Kelis claiming he's paid her more than she says and he makes less than she thinks.

For starters, Kelis claims Nas raked in $11 million for his album deal. Nas fired back in legal papers, "I did not receive even half that amount"... claiming it's more like $4 mil. Nas claims his income is declining, and he's only pulling in $147,165 a month.

As for what he spends ... $71,371.96 a month, which includes $10,000 a month in clothing/hair/toiletries/personal effects.

Kelis, who is about to give birth to their child, claims Nas hasn't paid a penny for child or spousal support since he left her. Nas, who says he wants to be "fully involved" in the parenting of their child, claims he's agreed to pay $350 for a stroller, $450 for a baby sling and $1,598 for two cribs.

Nas thinks $5,000 a month is reasonable for child support since the kid will just be a newborn.
